Sunday Services

Sunday at Cornerstone is our time to celebrate Jesus together. We have a live worship band to lead us, followed by some fun notices and an opportunity to give. There is an encouraging talk from the Bible followed by a time for prayer and ministry.

We have dynamic children's work, and a fun youth time, and we gather together for again after the service to talk and enjoy tea and coffee and meet new friends.

Dress code is casual, although some poeple like to wear suits or cultural dress.

Sunday from 10am until 12 midday is our main family service. 1.30pm is our youth service, and we pray for the sick at 6.30pm the first Sunday of every month.

Our focus is connecting with God. In Him we find the joy and love to live life to the full.

Youth

Our exciting youth programme encourages young people to develop their leadership skills, discover a dynamic relationship with God, and release their creativity.

We encourage the young people to plan and lead events to reach out to their peers, such as ‘Platinum' and our youth band.

Kids

We have dynamic, fun, action-packed, exciting kids work every Sunday morning. We also love to see children enjoying friendship with God and using their gifts. Children take part in the worship and church life generally.

Each summer we run 'Adventuretime!', a children's event in the park and, at Christmas, a Panto which the children love to get involved in.

Women's Ministry - Hidden Treasures Revealed

The vision is for the women of Cornerstone to feel and know that we are special, valued and cared for.

Men's Ministry

Throughout the year we have regular social events for the men. Saturday morning prayer meetings with breakfast, Friday night football during the summer, and general gatherings where guys can get together and have a good time.
